Rugby Lawn Tennis Club held a Sport Relief fundraising cardio tennis session on Friday, organised by head coach Scott Paxton.

Eight ladies made the effort to participate in this exercise to music.

“It was great to see the ladies working hard as a team,” he said.

“Sometimes you need a little bit of teamwork in these sessions and the ladies definitely found that, along with some high energy and smiles. We managed to raise £130 for Sport Relief.”

These sessions run regularly every Thursday evening at the Webb Ellis Road tennis club from 8-9pm with Rachael and again on Friday mornings from 9.30 to 10.30am with Scott.
