BMF instructors Daz Churchill and Craig Scandrett were called in to help the girls improve their fitness and teamwork as they look to retain the trophy they won last year.

Although some of the players were a little apprehensive at first, the BMF instructors soon settled their nerves and the girls really enjoyed the experience.

Another BMF training session with the Angels is now scheduled after Easter with lead instructor Churchill promising it will involve a mock military mission to further help develop their teamwork before the big game.

All BMF instructors have a military background and use their skills and expertise to work in local parks and other public spaces with people interested in developing their fitness.

BMF Warwick and Leamington hold sessions most days a week at St Nicholas Park, Warwick or North Leamington School grounds.
