Update: Woman dies after being hit by Van in Southam

The incident took place at approximately 11.25am , when she was walking along Coventry Road and she was hit by a White Mercedes Sprinter Van.

She was taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire with serious injuries and died yesterday (Thursday).

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have been within the area at the time and witnessed the incident or events immediately afterwards.
