Topping out ceremony for Binswood Hall

Developers have celebrated a milestone in the creation of a luxury retirement village on the historic site of a former Leamington college.

Nick Sanderson, chief executive of Audley Retirement, led a topping out ceremony at the entrance of Binswood Hall in Binswood Avenue last Friday. Work on the project will be completed towards the end of the year.
