Last Friday saw people across the district raising money for Children in Need. Here are some of their fundraising photos

Staff at Shoe Zone in Warwick Street, Leamington, raised money for Children in Need by wearing fancy dress, organising activities and selling a variety of baked goods. In total they raised around £145

Staff and children at Winchcombe Farm Day Nursery in Upper Tysoe raised almost £103.45 for this year’s Children in Need appeal.

Activities included fancy dress, a ‘Pudsey bear hunt’ class, and making and selling cakes.

Prep pupils at The Kingsley School in Leamington were allowed to take a favourite soft toy to school in exchange for a donation.

In the Senior School, girls wore pyjamas and onesies to raise money. So far nearly £600 has been raised.

Little Sunflowers Sensory and Play Centre in Kenilworth made a fundraising cake for Children in Need. For every slice of cake sold £1 has been donated to the appeal.

The Education & Learning Admin Team from Warwickshire County Council raised £334 dressing up as pop stars and collecting from colleagues.

The Service Development and Assurance Team also raised £60 with a cake sale.

Banana Moon Hatton Day Nursery donned their capes and polished off their tiaras and dressed up as Superheroes and Princesses for the day to raise money for Children In Need. In total they raised £96.

The Co-operative Childcare nurseries in Upper Grove Street, pictured, and Spencer Street, Leamington, were involved in fun-filled activities for Children in Need, raising money and awareness for the charity.
