Rockets club gets big boost from Tesco
STAFF at a Leamington supermarket have handed over a cheque for £500 to help a club which looks after youngsters after school.
Tesco Metro in the Parade donated the money to Rockets Out of School Club at Clapham Terrace Primary School, which provides a valuable service for parents who work long or unsociable hours.
It allows them to pick up their child several hours after the school closes and gives youngtsers somewhere to play or do their homework.
The donation will pay for new equipment and toys.
