Kenilworth and Southam MP Jeremy Wright said he will vote against the Government's tier proposals tonight (Tuesday) - the first time he has rebelled on policy matters for 10 years.
The former cabinet minister and ex-attorney general said he believed the rules were unfair on his constituents, who have been placed into tier three, the highest tier.

Hide AdTalking in Parliment before tonight's vote he said the restrictions will be damaging to the hospitality businesses.
"If the government imposes restrictions when they are not justified, people are less likely to obey them when they are justified," he added.
Mnay Tory MPs are expected to vote but the Government is expected to win as Labour MPs and SNP MPs have been instructed to abstain.
