Plans for homes in Whitnash to go before committee
The town’s council, Bishop Tachbrook’s parish council and 64 residents have objected to the plans for a housing estate on land to the south of Fieldgate Lane on grounds they are contrary to the national planning policy framework, the impact on schools, services and amenities in the area, concerns over flooding and infrastructure and poor public transport links.
Warwick District Council’s officers have recommended that planning permission is granted.
