He was accompanied by members of his takeaway team as well as friends and family for the ride which was raising money for the NHS in memory of Baabzi's son Adam.

Adam Hussain suffered from pulmonary hypertension and he contracted the flu and complications with that which ultimately led to his death.

Adam died in 2017 at just 11 months old.

Now a few weeks on Baabzi with his team have released a video about the cycle ride and what it meant to him.

Speaking about the video Baabzi said: "I created the video because I wanted a memory of the bike ride and to create something that would encourage donations. We also wanted to share our memorable experience."

The bike ride was one of Baabzi's charity events that he is doing to help raise £10,000 for the NHS Covid-19 Appeal.

When asked how the fundraising was going Baabzi said: "It's been slow but we are committed and determined to realise our aim.

"It's a fantastic charity and we will reach our target.

"We would please ask everyone to spread the word and encourage everyone to donate generously."

Baabzi and his team have now launched their own Youtube channel and the process of arranging a skydive to help raise more donations.
