Warwick chocolate festival cancelled

The annual Warwick chocolate festival has been cancelled.

The event was due to take place this weekend, which would have been its sixth year in the town.

Organisers Sketts Market shared the news on Wednesday (September 30) that Warwick District Council had cancelled the event.

A spokesperson from Warwick District Council said: "It is with regret that under the guidance of Public Health England, Warwick District Council in partnership with Skett E G & Co have decided to cancel this weekend’s Warwick Chocolate Market.

"It is hoped that this popular event can be rearranged in Spring 2021."
