The event was originally due to take place in March but due to Government ruling, it had to be postponed.

To help raise vital funds that the hospice needs to continue providing the help and care it offers, the hospice is asking the community to walk, jog or run 5km on or before October 17

On the evening of the event, participants and supporters are invited by the charity to enjoy a host of entertainment virtually.

This will include musical performances, a cocktail making class, a stand up comedian and a Zumba session.

Ben Walker, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: “Supporting local community events such as the Glow for Myton run means a great deal to us.
