The challenge, which was set by the Council in September as part of the National Lottery Funded Pump Room Gardens project, invited residents and community groups to create their own piece of history by designing a postcard of Leamington Spa’s popular village green.

The winning designs from five categories selected by the competition’s judging panel, have now been printed as a set of commemorative 2020 postcards.

“We are really impressed by the creativity and high standard of entries and want to thank everyone for taking part. Once the current restrictions are lifted I would warmly encourage people to come along to the Royal Pump Rooms and other visitor information centres from where the postcards will be available.”
