If you were driving in the Bishops Itchington or Harbury area on Sunday morning and thought you passed a jogging eight-foot dinosaur you are correct.

Joshua Evans, 27, has also completed the route in a full winter wetsuit.

His friends are getting very creative in picking future outfits.

Ballet dancers, a baby in a nappy and a Borat tribute are amongst the many outfits still to come.

Joshua has said: "After a ten-week break from doing any exercise I’ve decided to challenge myself for charity. My running came to a halt after a back injury and has been prolonged by the birth of our daughter Betty, who’s taken up a little bit of time and energy.

With my back feeling tip-top and Betty now six weeks old, I’ve set myself a challenge of running a minimum of four miles a day for the whole of November.

"My challenge also coincides with Movember, which means not only will I be running like Forest Gump I’ll also have the makings of looking like him too.

"Speaking of which, I’ll be dropping in some fancy dress outfits throughout the month. Any donation above £20 guarantees me wearing an outfit of your choice so get thinking of suggestions. The more ridiculous the better.

"I’m fully committed to doing this come rain or shine, day or night. By supporting me you are also helping Amy and Betty because I’ll have less energy through lockdown to bug the shit out of them with.

"You can donate throughout November and beyond to my Movember fundraiser to change the face of men’s health, specifically prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health.

"As lockdown 2.0 is now here, now more than ever we need to keep talking about mental and physical health and well-being! If you have even a small amount to spare it can make a difference.

"I’ll be posting daily updates on my Instagram and Facebook stories and will put out the odd plea for donations so keep following for a bit of fun this month."
