Where was our MP for vote?

Where was Chris White when MPs were considering a Bill to protect the NHS against being fragmented and privatised?

Two hundred and forty nine MPs voted in favour but our local MP simply did not turn up. He voted for the massive 2012 reorganisation which encouraged private beds and private contractors into our NHS and which even some members of the government think was a disastrous mistake. Most people in this area agree with them and want to see the NHS fully restored as a public service.

What does Mr White think? Why did he not represent the majority view of his constituents in Parliament ?
