Thanks to Naomi for her help

My 87-year-old mother has been in hospital for six weeks after having had a fall. Earlier this month she was discharged with a huge carrier bag full of drugs. My mother and I found the drugs and paper work very difficult to understand, after all we are not doctors or pharmacists.

I phoned Boots Pharmacy. Naomi suggested I bought all the drugs in. She spent the next hour in a kind, calm and confident manner writing a chart and an explanation of what each drug was for.

When all we read about is our uncaring society, this may seem like a small good deed but it had big affect, making my mother feel more confident and in control .

So a big thank you Naomi the pharmacist at Boots Leamington.
