Right that bar didn’t lose its licence

I think that Warwick district councillors were completely right not to revoke the licence of the Saint Bar. After all, Leamington cannot afford to lose any more businesses from the town centre.

I noticed that The Glasshouse residents complained about noise from the venue. I have no sympathy for them as they chose to purchase a home that was in the middle of an area where there are lots of bars and clubs. Moo Bar, Ko Ko’s, The Duke, The Copper Pot, Voodoo and Murphy’s etc are all in this area and the apartments are actually situated above a bar/restaurant.

The Saint Bar was there long before the Glasshouse Apartments (under a different name) and the restaurant called The Glasshouse was built at the same time as the apartments. There is a saying “if you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen”. - Name and address supplied.
