Fares should be less not more

I noticed when boarding a Stagecoach bus that the company has introduced ‘revised fares’ from April 12, in the Leamington area. Why not say fare increases? How can it justify these increases now.

Most transport providers say that fuel is significant proportion of there running costs. We have all seen a dramatic reduction in the price of fuel /gas in recent months.

Surely, a price freeze or even a reduction in the fares would be a welcome bonus for all us passengers who use there buses? The energy giants reluctantly did so by reductions in their tariffs recently.
