An ideal spot for new offices
Solving WDC’s relocation problem. There are two large plots of land located at the southern end of Princes Drive. One used to be the car park for Ford Foundry employees and the other stands between the new Morrisons superstore and the road.
Both areas are huge, have no problem with planning permissions, are very accessible by public transport which Milverton Hill never was, would have ample space for free staff parking and a huge superstore nearby for those members of staff in need of refreshments. Problems solved. Simple!
