Funeral for well-loved teen Lauren Taylor

THE Funeral of a young Leamington mother who died on New Year’s Eve will take place at St Mary’s church in Warwick on Friday March 1.

Lauren Taylor, 18, who was a former Campion School pupil, died of meningitis at Warwick Hospital on December 31.

Just days after her death hundreds of people gathered at Campion to pay tribute to the teenager by laying flowers and releasing sky lanterns.

The service will start at 11am and the burial will follow at Warwick cemetery at 1pm.

Those attending can wear dark clothing and leopard prints garments or accessories as a nod to Lauren’s favourite fashions.

Donations can be made to the Meningitis Trust through John Taylor Funeral Services and floral tributes are welcome.
