No movement on Warwick Police Station

Despite the sale of Kenilworth Police Station going ahead quickly and significant movement on the sale of the Warwickshire Police headquarters in Leek Wootton, which has been valued at around £3.5 millon, no steps have yet been taken with the Warwick site.

Warwick Police Station, based at Priory Park, is due to be sold but has not yet even been put on the market.

A Warwickshire Police spokesman said: “The premises occupied by Warwick Police Station are not on the market as yet.

“We have appointed property agents who will advertise the property once marketing proposals have been agreed.”
