New retirement apartments opening in Leamington soon
Churchill Retirement Living’s Arlington Lodge development on Arlington Avenue in Leamington will open its doors to the public in a grand opening event this month.
Arlington Lodge is a new collection of 51 one and two-bedroom privately owned retirement apartments and shared facilities, designed exclusively for the over-60s.
Taking place from 11am to 3pm on Friday and Saturday April 17 and 18, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a tour of the show complex located on site.
