Leamington tree surgeon airlifted to hospital

LAST month a tree surgeon was airlifted to hospital after a branch fell on him.

On Saturday September 17 Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance were called to a mission in Leamington and found that a 39-year-old tree surgeon had sustained suspected spinal injuries from a large falling branch while working.

The crew quickly flew to the scene in four minutes and landed in an adjacent field.
