Leamington musicians create anti-war song inspired by Christmas truce
Songwriter Louis Skiffington, his daughter Claire Lomas (cellist) and musician Andy Mort have worked together to produce an anti-war song to mark the Christmas Truce during World War One.
Louis, of Leamington, said a conversation he had with a Somme veteran came back to him as he was doodling and listening about the commemorations of the start of the war - and the doodles went on to become the CD cover (pictured above).
The CD has been taken up by the Imperial War Museum and the British Council.
