The charity is aiming to promote running as part of a healthy lifestyle to not just children, but to everyone.

Tom Eales, sales executive at Nuffield Health, said: “At Nuffield Health Warwick we have been actively looking to get more involved in local community projects, particularly those in the field of health and wellbeing.

“Having heard about Kids Run Free and the fantastic work that they do, we decided that we’d love to get involved to help them try and educate children on the benefits of exercise from a young age.”

The running events at St Nicholas Park take place every first and third Saturdays of the month at 9am. There are individual races for each age category, with distances ranging from 50m to 5km and there are free gifts to collect with every 16 events attended.
