Grants of up to £30,000 available to not-for-profit organisations in Warwick district
Grants of between £1,000 and £30,000 are available to community organisations in the district through the The Rural/Urban Capital Improvement Scheme (RUCIS).
Recent beneficiaries include Warwick Sports Club and Leamington Rugby Club (pictured), which have used their grants for disabled adaptations and kitchen refurbishment, and the Westbury Sports Court group which was able to resurface and provide much needed fencing and floodlighting for their facility.

Hide AdCoincil officer Jon Dawson, who manages the scheme, said: “The council is very pleased to be in a position to be able to award funding to assist not-for-profit organisations in Warwick district in improving their facilities and increasing the access to them for the local community.
“There is funding available and we would like to encourage groups to come forward with their projects as we may be able to help.”
In the last 12 months the council has awarded community grants totalling more than £100,000 and benefitting eight projects.
Community organisations wanting to apply for funding are advised to contact Mr Dawson on 456204 or visit the council’s website.
