Female passenger named following Warmington collision

THE woman who died in a car crash in Warmington last month has been named by police.

The 46-year-old woman, who was the passenger of a green Range Rover in a car crash just after 3.45pm on January 27, has been named as Jennifer Iceton of Usher Drive in Banbury.

Jennifer’s family have requested privacy at this difficult time to allow them to come to terms with their grief.

The man who was driving the Range Rover remains in a critical condition in John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the collision that occurred on the B4100, close to Hill Farm, Warmington when the green Range Rover lost control and was in collision with a number of trees, a telegraph pole and a wall.

Officers are keen to trace the driver or anyone who saw a Blue Landrover Freelander that was seen near the scene.
