Family fun on menu at Leamington food festival

Organisers of this year’s Leamington Food and Drink Festival have estimated that 25,000 people gathered in the town centre for the two-day event - making it the most successful to date.

Organised by the Leamington Business Improvement District (BID), the event featured more than 160 food and drink stalls, cookery demonstrations, children’s workshops, a barbecue masterclass and live music.

Leamington BID director Stephanie Kerr said: “We had people from all over the UK and even abroad as well as Leamington folk. This year’s attendance was amazing and I would like to thank the staff, volunteers, police and ambulance staff for their support as well as all the amazing businesses who took part.”
