Two men have been arrested after police seized a car and a baseball bat in Princethorpe.

Officers on patrol in Princethorpe seized a stolen Ford Fiesta and a baseball bat after stopping the car in Leamington Road following a pursuit.

They arrested two 19-year-old men from Coventry on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of an offensive weapon.

One of the men was also arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop, driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
