Three men charged with heroin and crack cocaine offences in Rugby

Damian Morris, 31, of Claremont Road, was arrested on Tuesday April 28 and later charged with possession with intent to supply heroin, possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine and possession of an offensive weapon.

He was remanded in custody and appeared at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court yesterday, April 29.

James Howson,19, from Hounds Gate in Nottingham and James Main, 19, from Cherhill Close in Nottingham were also arrested on Tuesday and later charged with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine.

They both appeared at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

All three have been remanded in custody and will next appear at Warwick Crown Court on May 27.
