Six people have been arrested on drug offences after police raided a house in Leamington.

Officers said they found a significant amount of suspected Class A drugs, Class B drugs and money at the house.

The raid happened at 8.20am after police executed a warrant at a house in Rugby Road yesterday morning (Thursday January 7).

The six people were arrested.They are:

•A 29-year-old man from Warwick was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B or C drugs.

•A 29-year-old man from Coventry was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in supplying controlled drugs.

•A 31-year-old woman from Leamington was arrested on suspicion of possession With Intent to supply - Class A

•A 45-year-old man from Leamington was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in supplying controlled drugs.

•A 24-year-old woman from Nuneaton was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in supplying controlled drugs.

•A 52-year-old man from Warwick was arrested on suspicion of possession of concerned in supplying controlled drugs.

A police spokesperson said: "All are currently in police custody.

"Anyone with any information concerning suspected drug dealing in their area is asked to report it to the force via our website or by calling 101."
