Knife-carrying man arrested after police called to car being broken into in Rugby

A 33-year-old man of no fixed abode was arrested in the early hours of Sunday, January 17, after police responded to reports of a car being broken into.

The break-in occurred on Cambridge Street.

The man was arrested on suspicion of theft and possession of a knife.
