Kineton man disqualified from driving for a year after pleading guilty to drug driving

A man from Kineton had been disqualified from driving after pleading guilty at Magistrates' Court this week.

The 40-year-old from Kineton, was spotted driving erratically in Ladbrooke near Bishops Itchington on August 24, 2020.

He pleaded guilty to drug driving before Magistrates' Court in Leamington on January 8 and has been disqualified from driving for 12 months.

He was also ordered to pay a £120 fine, £135 costs and £34 victim surcharge as part of his sentence.
