Coten End teenager to compete in Miss Teen Earth +
Rosa Gurnett, aged 16, from Coten End, is due to represent Warwickshire in the Miss Teen Earth competition, an environmentally-aware pageant on September 21 that “looks beyond the superficial” to ask contestants how they are helping the local environment.
The former Myton School pupil who is continuing her studies at Warwickshire College explains: “Miss Earth is unique as a pageant and requires contestants to actively make a difference locally, and nationally, to their communities by helping the environment.
“During the contest we plant trees and raise funds for charity through projects like Girls4Trees Beauties.
