Kath Pasteur, project manager at ARC CIC, said: “Over the past few months we’ve had a great team of volunteers researching the history of the local foundries and the railways adjacent to the woodland.

We’ve also had volunteers from The Salvation Army Way Ahead Project, local businesses and residents renovating the railway wagon.”
