Car fire on the M40 near Sherbourne
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to a car fire on the M40 motorway near Sherbourne yesterday (Saturday) evening.
The incident happened between junctions 16 and 15 at about 6.45pm.
The car was on fire on the hard shoulder.
Two crews attended and used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
the crews wereat the incident for about an hour.
