Acoustic music round a fire at Leamington gig
Community building and nature feature in the lyrics of acoustic folk singer-songwriter Ellie Brown, who is playing at the first ever gig at Foundry Wood in Leamington on Saturday (April 5).
Ellie is launching her new album Spirals at the event, at which flamenco guitarist Matt Hernandez will also be performing.
The gig, which starts at 6.30pm, will follow the Friends of Foundry Wood’s annual meeting, which starts at 5pm and to which anyone interested in getting involved in helping out at the community wood is invited to attend. There will be baked potatoes and soft drinks and those attending are encouraged to bring along food to share.
Entry to the gig is free but donations welcome.
