Ziaull Hussain, 22, from Birmingham, originally joined the company for a one year undergraduate placement in 2011 and has now returned to take on a full-time position following his graduation from Birmingham City University.

Completing a degree in Business Studies and Business Law, Ziaull has also gained accreditation from the National Landlords Association (NLA).

Caroline Kempster, founder of The Letting People, said: “Ziaull really impressed us when he joined The Letting People for his placement year and so we were happy to offer him a fulltime position following his successful graduation from university.

“I’m sure that he will make a fantastic addition to the team and will help to drive business forward.”

Two other members of the team, Chris Kelly and Anthony Kempster, have also gained accreditation from the NLA, and Michelle Thomas has passed the Association of Residential Letting Agency exams.

The Letting People now operates on a franchise basis, with the first franchise opening in Milton Keynes last month. Although a background in the property sector is desirable, the organisation looks for energetic, adaptable franchisees with good communication skills and a desire to learn.
