The Letting People launch new website

As former US President Bill Clinton said: “When I first took office, only high energy physicists had ever heard of what is called the worldwide web ...Now even my cat has its own page.”

Today, all landlords and tenants also expect instant and up-to-date information – and rightly demand that this information is online.

The Letting People are proud to announce the launch of a brand new website that is updated on a daily basis.

It features new details on properties as they become available, relevant news on changes in legislation, and up-to-date changes in trends that will affect the rental market – to mention just a few of the new sections.

The new website is also highly interactive with lots of new features – landlords can download a new guide to letting their property or request a rental valuation of their property, whilst tenants can request new property details to be emailed as they become available, renew their tenancies, or report a maintenance issue.

Additionally, social media websites such as Linked-In, Twitter, and Facebook give the website a user-friendly medium to communicate directly with The Letting People and put together feedback that could be useful to all the clients and customers.

Marketing director Caroline Kempster said: “We are very proud of this new website, developed with Noisegate Media, Leamington Spa, as it will actively promote our landlords’ properties, demonstrate the company’s professionalism and success, and market the company in a much more direct way.”
