Offa House in Offchurch, near Leamington, has been used as a retreat and conference centre by the diocese since 1962.

The two acre site comprises three properties. The main building is Offa House, which dates back to the early 18th century. A Grade II listed Georgian building, Offa House was originally a rectory, with more recent additions in the form of residential accommodation, office and conference facilities. The Lodge is a 2/3 bed detached dwelling in the grounds, whilst the Coach House offers ancillary accommodation in a recently renovated former coach house.
