Nik is top negotiator five months in a row

Sales and lettings manager Nik Kyriacou has been named top sales negotiator at Reeds Rains in Leamington for the fifth month in a row!

Nik has sold more properties than any of the other negotiators in June, July, August, September and now October.

He said: “It is great to claim this award again and my aim is to stay unbeaten until 2013!”

Sales director Terry Robinson added: “This is a fantastic achievement. Nik has worked extremely hard this year to help realise many people’s dreams. He is a credit to my team and I urge anybody who has not yet sold to ‘challenge Nik!”
