Letting deals put eHB on course for record year

eHB Residential, based in Clarendon Place, has completed 250 letting deals in 2014, including enjoying a bumper October.

The team, made up of eHB managing director Edward Bromwich and property experts Gayl Tallis, Rachel Cooper and Julia Rogers, has rubber stamped as many as 29 letting deals across Leamington and surrounding villages in October alone.

eHB Residential’s managed property portfolio has grown to be more than 350-strong, with overall year-on-year business up by 15 per cent.

Edward said the growth of local companies and also potential house buyers choosing to rent has contributed heavily to the lettings market being very strong but added that eHB’s success owes a lot to the hard work of the team.

He said: “The growth of companies in the area, such as Jaguar Land Rover, means more people are moving here and looking for quality accommodation in quality locations.

“We are also seeing a lot of people out there preferring to rent to put themselves in a strong position to buy, with no chain, when a suitable property comes onto to the sales market.
