Edward Bromwich, managing director of ehB, said he hoped the company was leading by example.

He said: “We always consult with customers on the best way to present their homes when they are on the market.

“It is important that their homes present a welcoming and smart impression to potential buyers. It really does make a difference.

“Well, the same applies to us as well, and the work we have undertaken over the last few months will improve the experience of all our customers – those buying and selling properties.

“The building dates back to the middle of the 19th century so we had to gain listed building consent but I think we have managed to create a stunning and contemporary show office which also maintains the character of the building.”

The work included the creation of a new meeting room and new office furniture throughout.

Major Leamington landmarks are now featured in massive wall displays.

Edward added: “Leamington and the surrounding towns and villages are very attractive and new technology has allowed us to highlight them by creating wall paper from stunning photography which looks really effective.

“We have had a very busy beginning to the year and are hopeful that upward trend will continue over the coming months – especially when the weather improves.

“This has been a major investment for us, but we feel we have made it at just the right time.”

Sandell Group has been based in the area for more than 40 years and specialises in the design and fit out of offices and other premises across all business sectors.

Adrian Stanier, managing director of the firm, said: “It is always a balance when dealing with a listed building, but we are delighted with the results.”
