Warwick Hospital staff spread dementia awareness

Patients and visitors to Warwick Hospital were given the opportunity to learn more about dementia as staff promoted Dementia Awareness Week.

Staff organised afternoon tea parties on wards to raise funds for Dementia Research. Madeleine Curran, matron and dementia lead for the trust, said, “Increasing awareness amongst our staff and the community is very important as dementia affects lots of people and impacts the lives of family members too.”
