Mrs Fulton decided to leave her position as head of the equine law department at Warwickshire firm Blythe Liggins, after deciding there would be more than enough work in this specialist area to go it alone.
The solicitor advocate said: “I felt it was time this huge industry had a dedicated law firm that people can turn to for help, representation and advice - it’s been the driving force in my decision to set up Jacqui Fulton Equine Law.”

Apart from her legal qualifications, Jacqui feels the fact that she regularly competes with her own five-year-old dressage horse, Fiddlers Rohanna, gives her an extensive personal knowledge of the real issues.
She feels both leisure riders and professionals should understand how the law affects them.
