Finance firm shows heart by backing charity

A team of financial experts has shown heart after selecting its nominated charity of the year.

Harrison Beale and Owen (HB&O), which is based in Leamington, has selected the Heart of England Community Foundation as its nominated charity for 2013.

The foundation is Coventry and Warwickshire’s largest independent, local grant maker supporting a wide variety of community projects – ranging from sport to the arts – right across the region.

Tina Costello,interim director at the foundation which supported over 200 groups and projects in the region during 2012, said: “Securing the support of corporate organisations is crucial to the work we carry out, both in terms of raising finance and gaining recognition in the community.”

A number of fundraising events are being planned by HB&O to support the charity over the next 12 months.
