Coventry legend Jerry Dammers of The Specials is playing in the city tonight (Saturday).

Founder, keyboard player and songwriter for the band, Dammers will play at the Dog in Hertford Street, performing a DJ set with long-time collaborator Chris Rhythm Doctor. It will be Dammers’ first gig in the city centre for decades. The pair are expected to perform a selection of ska, reggae, funk, house and digital ju-ju.
