The Really Big Symphony Orchestra - which has so far attracted the interest of more than 80 players - will, because of its size, be able to perform rarely-heard works, including Strauss’ Alpine Symphony, which are designed for large orchestras.

Also included will be Strauss’ Festival Prelude and Konzert Overture in E, Op.12 by Karol Szymanowski.

Proceeds from the concert, which takes place at All Saints’ church on April 20, will be donated to Leamington Rehabilitation Hospital’s brain injury appeal.
