Plan your Christmas - German style - at Leamington show

THE man known to many as the ‘German comedy ambassador in London’ is bringing an early Christmas - as they do it in Deutschland - to Leamington.

Henning Wehn, whose distinctively accented voice may be recognised by listeners of BBC Radio 5 Live’s Fighting Talk and BBC Radio 4’s The Unbelievable Truth, The Now Show and The News Quiz, will take the Spa Centre’s studio stage on Friday.

With a month to go before the big day, his show, Henning Wehn’s German Christmas Do – No Surrender at Christmas, will show audiences how to achieve a meticulously planned and perfectly executed German Christmas Do.

In addition to his current stand-up show No Surrender, the evening will include renditions of Germany’s most favorite Christmas carols, such as Oh Tannenbaum, Stille Nacht – heilige Nacht and Klingglöckchen klingelingelingelingelingeling.

The comedian, who has also been a regular guest on Channel 4’s FAQ U, promises to make audiences laugh - and sing.

The show starts at 7.45pm. Tickets cost £11 and £12.
