The venture was created on the back of a study by Arts Council England, which suggested that emerging talents are finding it difficult to tour because there are not enough regional promoters.

Generator has formed a ‘map’ of the regions where this is a problem and devised this tour in an attempt to tackle it.

Chief executive Jim Mawdsley said: “We are very excited about turning out attention to the live sector on a national level. I am confident that this programme will succeed and more opportunities for our rich emerging talent to tour the nation will come from it.”

Doors open at 7.30pm. www.wegottickets.com/mappedout
