Eufest’s director Dermot O’Flynn said: “It’s all about celebrating the strength and diversity of the UK’s unsigned scene - and the prize on offer could really be a launchpad for a band struggling for that big break.

“We’ve already had hundreds of entries from artists and groups all across the country, but this area in particular is home to loads of really fantastic bands.

“The Antics are one of the best around so it’s great news that they are able to play at the event and show their support for emerging music in the UK.”

The competition is open to any unsigned bands or artists from across the UK who write and perform their own material.
